- 📞 Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about Frankfinn career-oriented courses.

- 🎯 Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.

- 🔁 Maintain consistent follow-ups with students to track their visit status and encourage participation.

- 🗣️ Communicate fluently in English and Kannada to ensure clarity and engagement across diverse student profiles.

- 📋 Accurately document call outcomes and update student records in the system.

- 🤝 Build rapport with students to foster trust and enhance the overall counselling experience.
