Job Description

Job SummaryThe Tender Executive will manage end-to-end tender processes on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other eProcurement portals (e.g., CPPP, state portals) for medical equipment sales. Based in Bengaluru, the role involves identifying opportunities, preparing compliant bids, ensuring timely submissions, and tracking outcomes to support sales targets in radiology, critical care, and related segments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and search for relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, and other government platforms for medical equipment (e.g., imaging systems, patient monitors, ventilators).
  • Register company profile, evaluate tender eligibility, and prepare technical, financial, and compliance documents including EMD, PQC, and product specifications.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and service teams to gather inputs for bids, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tender terms.
  • Submit bids online before deadlines, upload documents, and handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and post-bid negotiations.
  • Track bid status, follow up on results, manage purchase orders, and maintain records of submitted/won/lost tenders with MIS reports.
  • Stay updated on GeM policy changes, portal updates, competitor bids, and Karnataka government procurement rules.
  • Support collections, contract execution, and documentation for awarded tenders.

Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of medical equipment tenders (radiology/CT, critical care/ICU devices).

  • Experience with Karnataka eProcurement portal and GEM seller registration.
  • Strong documentation, deadline management, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, EMD/BG processes, and tender compliance
