Territory Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are not looking for "Order Takers." We are looking for Territory Owners. Boroka is launching an aggressive "Depth Strategy" in Bangalore, and we need Hunters who can dominate a zone of 20-30 retail outlets.

Your Mission:

1. Activate: Take top retail outlets from 0 Boroka sales to 50+ cases/month.
2. Dominate: Ensure Boroka is the #1 visible brand in the Chiller (Fridge).
3. Manage: Run our "Staff Bounty" program, ensuring cashiers and helpers are motivated to sell our brand.
4. Audit: Perform weekly stock audits to calculate sales velocity and payouts.

Who You Are:

• Street Smart: You know how to talk to a Store Owner and a Store Helper with equal respect and authority.
• Data-Driven: You can do basic retail math (Opening/Closing stock) without errors.
• Mobile: You own a 2-wheeler and a smartphone.
• Hungry: You want to earn ₹50,000+ per month. Our incentive structure is designed to pay you for your performance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in FMCG or Alcohol Sales (Karnataka market preferred).
• Fluency in Kannada and English/Hindi.
• Knowledge of the local geography (Whitefield/Kothanur areas).

Candidates will be assigned the nearest area based on residence.
