TSM – Territory Sales Manager (NoBroker)

Job Role & Responsibilities*

Role Overview: A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at NoBroker is responsible for managing field sales activities, driving revenue, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of services within a specific territory.


  • Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales & Lead ManagementMeet customers in the assigned territory and explain NoBroker services.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Visit property owners, tenants, or buyers as required for service explanation.
  • 2. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets for subscription packages/services.
  • Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions on time.
  • 4. Territory ManagementManage daily field visits and plan travel routes efficiently.
  • Report daily activities, visits, and sales updates to the manager.
  • 5. Coordination & SupportCoordinate with internal teams for service activation.
  • Ensure customer onboarding is smooth and timely.


Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of field sales experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work on field.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Understanding of real estate sales is a plus.
