TSM – Territory Sales Manager (NoBroker)
Job Role & Responsibilities*
Role Overview: A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at NoBroker is responsible for managing field sales activities, driving revenue, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of services within a specific territory.
- Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales & Lead ManagementMeet customers in the assigned territory and explain NoBroker services.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Visit property owners, tenants, or buyers as required for service explanation.
- 2. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets for subscription packages/services.
- Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions on time.
- 4. Territory ManagementManage daily field visits and plan travel routes efficiently.
- Report daily activities, visits, and sales updates to the manager.
- 5. Coordination & SupportCoordinate with internal teams for service activation.
- Ensure customer onboarding is smooth and timely.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of field sales experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on field.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
- Understanding of real estate sales is a plus.
