Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager with 2~ 4 years of proven experience in the BFSI, Fintech, and Banking sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing B2B/B2C distribution networks, building high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth across multiple financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage distribution channel sales across assigned territory ( Mumbai region/ Maharashtra).

· Drive business through DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), CMS (Cash Management Services), FI (Financial Inclusion), Bank BC (Business Correspondent), and Loan products.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, aggregators, and financial institutions.

· Onboard new partners and ensure proper training, activation, and performance monitoring.

· Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

· Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver high productivity and quality.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

· Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the region.

Key Skills Required:

· Deep understanding of Digital Banking and Fintech products.

· Expertise in distribution network building and management.

· Strong experience in channel sales, partner onboarding, and revenue generation.

· Proficient in managing B2B & B2C client relationships.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

· Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong network across the Maharshtra region.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

· 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in BFSI / Fintech / Banking sector.

· Candidates from money transfer, AEPS, micro-loans, bank BC models preferred.

· Local market knowledge of Maharshtra is a must.
