Tool and Die Maker

Key Responsibilities:

 Manufacture, assemble, and fit tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per design specifications.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints.

 Operate conventional machines such as milling, turning, grinding, EDM/WEDM, and CNC

machines.

 Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing dies and

moulds.

 Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of produced tools using precision measuring

instruments.

 Collaborate with design and production teams to improve tool performance and

manufacturing efficiency.

 Maintain a clean and organized tool room, following safety and quality standards.
