✈️ Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Tour Manager to handle domestic and international tour groups. The candidate will be the main point of contact for travellers and ensure smooth tour operations from departure to return.

🧭 Responsibilities

Accompany tour groups and manage complete tour coordination

Handle hotel check-ins, transport, sightseeing schedules

Assist clients during flights, train journeys, and bus travel

Solve on-trip issues and provide quick support to guests

Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and local guides

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the tour

Maintain daily tour reports and expense records

🎒 Requirements

Good communication in Kannada, English & Hindi (extra languages are a plus)

Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international)

Basic knowledge of tour destinations and itineraries

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Freshers with travel passion can apply / Experience preferred

Experience in handling group tours

Knowledge of airports, visa process, and hotel coordination

Customer service mindset
