Job Title: HR Intern Associate (Launchpad Program)

Phase 1: The Training & Certification (Month 1)Your journey begins with an intensive 30-day "HR Excellence" training program. This phase is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and corporate reality.

• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Batch Training)
• Stipend: ₹1,000 (Paid upon successful completion of the training and certification module).
• Requirement: A personal laptop is mandatory for all training sessions and project work.

What you will master:

• Talent Acquisition 2.0: Moving beyond job boards to headhunting and social media sourcing.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: From seamless onboarding to graceful offboarding.
• HR Analytics: Understanding the data behind the people.
• Strategic HRBP Skills: Learning how to align people's goals with business objectives.

Phase 2: On-the-Job (OTJ) Projects During your training, you won't just be watching presentations; you will be "doing." You will be assigned real-world projects, including:

1. The Recruitment Sprint: Sourcing and screening candidates for live roles.
2. Policy Drafting: Creating a mock Employee Handbook or Remote Work Policy.
3. Engagement Blueprint: Designing an end-to-end employee engagement activity for a virtual team.
4. Market Benchmarking: Researching industry standards for compensation and benefits.

Phase 3: Performance Evaluation & Deployment At the end of Month 1, your performance, project quality, and certification scores will be evaluated. Successful candidates will transition into:

• Work-From-Home Assignments: Full-time or project-based roles.
• External Deployment: You may be assigned to work with partner organizations as an HRBP or HR Associate, gaining diverse industry exposure while working remotely.
