Trainer

We are hiring a Technical Training Assistant (Civil / Mechanical) for our technical training center in Bengaluru. This role is suitable for Diploma or Engineering students and freshers who are interested in learning AutoCAD and gaining real-time training center experience. The candidate will assist students during practical sessions, support basic technical classes, maintain class discipline, and help with basic office and student coordination work. Full-time availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) is required. Basic computer knowledge, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential. The initial take-home salary will be ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month during the training period, with growth opportunities based on performance. Training, mentorship, and an experience certificate will be provided. Female candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
