We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Trainer to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

📚 Domain: Collections & Recovery

💰 CTC: ₹4 – 5 LPA

• Key Responsibilities: Training & Development Conduct induction and refresher training for collection executives.
• Deliver training on debt management strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement.
• Train teams on bucket-wise collection handling (Early, Soft, Hard, Legal).
• Develop training modules, SOPs, role-plays, assessments, and certifications.
• Provide on-the-job coaching (OJT) and floor support to improve agent performance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of Trainer experience in Collections/Recovery

✅ Strong knowledge of debt collection processes

✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
