About the Role-Shikshakji Academy is looking for passionate Finance Trainers who have a deep interest in accounting practices and a drive to empower students through technology. As a Zoho Books Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical training to batches of students, ensuring they master cloud accounting.

This is a unique opportunity for finance professionals to transition into a specialized training role while earning a globally recognized certification.

• Key Responsibilities -Conduct offline, in-person training sessions for Zoho Books and general accounting practices.
• Manage a classroom environment with a batch size of approximately 10 students.
• Execute 3 to 4 batches per day based on scheduled slots.
• Evaluate student progress and provide hands-on guidance on accounting workflows.
• Maintain the high training standards of Shikshakji Academy.

Compensation & Benefits -We offer a performance-based earning model that rewards dedication:

• Per Batch Earnings: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per batch.
• Monthly Potential: By managing 3–5 batches, trainers can earn between ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
• Professional Growth: We provide a Zoho Trainer Certification (valued at ₹20,000) completely free of cost to you.

Terms of Association To ensure stability for our students and to protect our investment in your certification, the following terms apply:

• Commitment: A minimum association of one year is required.
• Certification Refund: Should you choose to leave Shikshakji Academy before completing one year, the certification cost of ₹20,000 must be refunded to the academy.
• Presence: This is a strictly on-premise role at our Austin Town center.
• Candidate Requirements Background: Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Tech-Savvy: Quick learner with an interest in cloud-based accounting software.
• Dedication: Looking for individuals seeking a long-term association and a stable career in training.
