Training And Development Sr Executive

Exp in hospitality or Healthcare preferred

3-5 yrs exp in end to end training 

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Design and develop effective training programs and materials.
• Facilitate in-person and online training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training plans.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
