Transportation coordinator

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Schedule and monitor employee pick-up and drop services across multiple shifts.
• Route Management: Optimize routes to reduce travel time, fuel costs, and vehicle usage while ensuring employee convenience.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, and fleet operators to maintain service quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company transport policies, RTO regulations, and safety guidelines (GPS tracking, driver verification, seatbelt usage, women’s safety protocols, etc.).
• Employee Support: Act as the point of contact for transport-related queries, complaints, and emergency escalations.
• Reporting: Maintain MIS reports on trips, expenses, incidents, and performance metrics.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control transport budgets, overtime, and fuel costs.
• Crisis Handling: Arrange alternate transport in case of delays, breakdowns, or adverse weather conditions.
