Job Summary:

Golden Fleet Management Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Transportation Helpdesk Manager to handle complete transport operations and lead the helpdesk team.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily vehicle bookings and allocations

Monitor transportation department operations

Assign daily work to helpdesk and MIS executives

Track vehicles and ensure timely client service

Handle client coordination and issue resolution

Review MIS reports and daily operational data

Ensure trip sheets, attendance, and documentation are properly maintained

Resolve operational problems quickly and effectively

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in transportation/fleet operations

Strong leadership and team handling skills

Excellent problem-solving ability

High attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines.
