Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Executive to manage travel planning, tour packages, bookings, and customer coordination. The role involves handling domestic and international travel services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth travel experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic & international tour packages (FIT & Group).
• Assist clients with holiday planning, itineraries, and costing.
• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and visa assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Prepare customized travel quotations based on client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues professionally during pre- and post-travel.
• Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and reports.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements.
• Support sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour company (freshers can apply for junior roles).
• Good knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare itineraries and negotiate with suppliers.
• Familiarity with GDS / online booking portals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
