The role involves handling holiday enquiries, designing customised tour packages, converting leads into sales, and giving end-to-end support to customers.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound travel enquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Email).
• Create domestic & international tour packages based on client requirements.
• Explain itinerary details, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and offers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong follow-up.
• Maintain customer database and update enquiry status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport partners, and DMCs.
• Provide pre-tour & post-tour support to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• 🔹 Skills RequiredGood communication skills (English, Tamil/Kannada/Hindi added advantage).
• Strong sales and customer-handling mindset.
• Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations is a plus.
• Ability to work with Google Sheets/WhatsApp/CRM (training provided).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• 🔹 QualificationsAny degree / diploma
• Travel & tourism background is an added advantage
• Freshers interested in travel industry are welcome
