Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Operator to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.)
• Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and bank statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
• Generate financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, GST reports, and tax summaries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with GST filing and TDS returns
• Monitor inventory data and stock entries in Tally
• Support auditors during financial audits
• Maintain backup of financial records and ensure data security
• Assist in preparing payroll, if required
