Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Travel Consultant who can handle travel enquiries, design tour packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages
• Sell domestic & international tour packages, flights, hotels, and visas
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
• Maintain customer records and follow-up data
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Sales-oriented mindset with convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM/WhatsApp tools)
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Experience in travel industry is an advantage
• Freshers with strong interest in travel & sales can apply
• Work Experience0–3 years (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
