Job Description

Role Summary:

The Travel Desk Associate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of employee and business travel, ensuring timely bookings, cost optimization, policy compliance, and a smooth travel experience. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


> Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings including air tickets, hotels, ground transportation, and visas as applicable.

> Coordinate closely with employees, business stakeholders, and travel vendors to ensure accurate and timely travel arrangements.

> Ensure all bookings adhere to company travel policies and approved budgets.

> Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.

> Maintain travel records, itineraries, invoices, and MIS reports.

> Coordinate with finance teams for billing, reconciliation, and cost control.

> Address employee travel-related queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience.

> Monitor and optimize travel costs by working with preferred vendors and negotiated rates.

> Support audits and compliance requirements related to travel bookings.



Qualifications & Experience:


> Graduate in any discipline.

> 1–3 years of experience in travel desk operations, corporate travel management, or a similar role.

> Experience working with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel vendors preferred.

> Strong coordination and communication skills.

> Ability to manage multiple travel requests under tight timelines.

> High attention to detail and process orientation.
