Travel Executive

Job Title: Bus Travel Executive/Bus Captain For Hebbal and Majestic in Bangalore city.

Must speak fluent Tamil ( for Chennai Route), Telugu ( for Hydearbad/AP route ), Hindi ( For North Route) Basic English must

Position Type: Full-time, Night Shifts (starting after 7 PM and returning next day morning), travel half distance of the Journey for 6 hours and catch the bus which comes from other state from opposite direction and return ( 6 hours ) by next day morning

Example: If you start from Boarding point at 10pm return in the morning by 10am or 11am.

Apply if you stay within 12kms distance to any of these locations.

Job Responsibilities:

spot bookings ticket sales at the Boarding point and encourage passengers to purchase return journey tickets by offering discounts. Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews from passengers. ( You will be paid Incentives for selling tickets and by collecting feedback)

Travel long distances (12 - 14 hours daily) with the bus to the destination and back next day morning

Coordinate with the bus driver, cleaning staff and Passengers

Advantage to passengers: Within bus we have toilets and cleaning staff, GPS access, discounts on return Journey ticket sales. 

Salary & Benefits: Freshers: ₹15,000/month take home after deductions ( ESI, Insurance) + Free dinner + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 5 years experience we pay between 16000/- - 20000/month take home after ESI and Insurance deductions

Incentives: Attractive incentives between ₹2000 - ₹10,000/month for selling return journey tickets, feedback, reviews etc

Requirements:

Age: 19-35 years old, Male candidates only.

Education: Minimum 10th, diploma or equivalent; intermediate and degree holders are welcome to apply.

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Customer service, Hospitality, Sales knowledge, Convincing skills, Travelling (12 - 14 hours up and down round trip)
