Trial Room Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused and attentive Trial Room Associate to manage the trial room section of our retail store. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, assisting customers, maintaining hygiene, and providing an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist customers entering the trial room area.

● Allocate trial rooms, track garment count, and ensure security of merchandise.

● Assist customers with sizes, styling queries, and product availability.

● Ensure trial rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

● Handle garments responsibly (removing pins, hangers, folding of clothes).

● Coordinate with sales executives for quick product exchanges or size changes.

● Prevent misuse or damage of garments while in the trial room.

● Ensure adherence to company policies on customer service and store hygiene.

● Report any customer feedback, issues, or suspicious activity to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

● Female candidates only (as per trial room privacy requirements).

● 1–3 years of experience in retail / customer service preferred (freshers may also apply).

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly.

● Basic knowledge of fashion/ethnic wear will be an added advantage.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
