TV Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled TV Technician responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining television sets and related electronic equipment. The technician will ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults in LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.
• Perform installation, setup, and configuration of televisions at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to display, sound, connectivity, motherboard, power supply, and panel faults.
• Replace or repair defective components such as panels, boards, speakers, and cables.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing of TV units to ensure proper functioning.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide technical guidance when required.
• Maintain service records, job sheets, and repair reports.
• Follow company service protocols and safety guidelines during repair and installation.
