Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance & RepairsPerform regular servicing and preventive maintenance of Yulu bikes (mechanical & electrical components).
- Diagnose issues with brakes, chains, tires, electronics, battery units, wiring, sensors, and controllers.
- Repair or replace defective parts and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- 2. Fleet ReadinessConduct safety checks and quality inspections before deploying bikes.
- Maintain service logs, repair records, and part usage reports.
- Support field operations teams in retrieving faulty bikes and restoring them to working condition.
- 3. Battery & Electrical System HandlingInspect and troubleshoot battery levels, battery health, and charging mechanisms.
- Safely handle battery swaps and hub-motor related repairs.
- Identify and escalate issues requiring advanced technical support.
- 4. Tools, Inventory & Workshop ManagementUse appropriate tools and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track spare parts inventory and request replenishments when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
