Job Description
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bikes/scooters.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Arrange and coordinate test rides.
- Assist customers with documentation for vehicle purchase and finance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth vehicle handover.
- Maintain showroom display and product knowledge.
