Typist

DS-MAX is hiring for Typist with accurately typing, formatting, and maintaining legal agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Type and format legal documents such as:

·        Sale Agreements

·        Lease Agreements

·        Construction Agreements

·        MOUs and Deeds

·        Ensure high accuracy and proper formatting of legal documents.

·        Review drafts for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.

·        Coordinate with legal and sales teams for document updates and revisions.

·        Maintain and organize digital and physical records of agreements.

·        Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and sensitive information.

·        Assist in document printing, scanning, and filing.

·        Handle multiple documents simultaneously with strict timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·        Good typing speed (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred) with high accuracy.

·        Strong knowledge of legal terminology related to real estate.

·        Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document formatting.

·        Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

·        Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

·        Basic understanding of real estate documentation processes.
