Tyre Mechanic

Field Service Specialist (FSS):

FSS is CEAT’s manpower on ground and plays a pivotal role in executing the

service activities to be done at the yard. The activities are discussed in details

in section 2.

The profile and onboarding details are the following:

Job Description (JD)

 Inventory (all kinds of tyres, consumables, tools etc.)

management

 Vehicle and tyre inspection

 Tyre performance tracking

 Interacting with fitters, mechanics at yard, re-traders and

fleet manager

 Data entry in e-fleet software and

 Daily data sharing with the fleet manager

 Corrective actions implementation

Profile

 Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / Any Graduate / Engineering

 Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/Service

 Good to have: 1 years in Tyre / Automobile Industry

 Salary : Total pay not exceeding 19,000 INR to 22,000 INR per

month
