UI / UX Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join Selfmade Ninja Academy. You will be responsible for shaping the digital experience of our learning platform, ensuring that our students and community have a seamless, intuitive, and modern interface to interact with. You will turn complex tech concepts into user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand our students' needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Design System: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (Portfolio required).
• Tools: Mastery of Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Mindset: A strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and responsive design.
• Communication: Ability to explain design choices clearly to stakeholders and developers.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience in the EdTech industry is a huge plus.
