📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer + Social Media Executive to join our team at Property.io. This role is perfect for someone who understands visual storytelling, branding, and knows how to engage audiences across social media platforms.

You’ll be responsible for designing marketing content, editing videos/reels, and managing our company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
• Design engaging creatives for real estate projects – brochures, banners, flyers, etc.
• Create social media posts, stories, and ads using Canva/Photoshop/CorelDRAW
• Ensure brand consistency in all visual designs
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns
• Video Editing:Edit short promotional videos, reels, and walkthroughs of properties
• Add branding, subtitles, and effects to enhance visual appeal
• Optimize content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
• Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Schedule and post content regularly
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements to boost reach & engagement

🔧 Skills Required:

• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Basic video editing tools (like InShot, Premiere Rush, CapCut, etc.)
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn trends
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management
