We're hiring UI/UX designers through a Virtual 3 stage Hackathon Program. 

Responsibilities

1.Study design briefs and determine requirements
2.Schedule projects and define budget constraints
3.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4.Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5.Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
6.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, amend designs after feedback
7.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
8. Create creatives for the promotion and marketing of content for various platforms.
9. Managing complete post-production end to end.


Requirements

1.1+ years of proven experience in Graphic designing and Video editing
2.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics 

3.Familiarity with design and media softwares (such as AdobeXd, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
4.Proficient in creating rough concept boards for video and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
5.Experience in creating Info graphics, Demo video, GIF, Customer testimonial and other visual content
6.A keen eye for aesthetics and details
7.Excellent communication skills
8.Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
