Position: GHI Sales / Corporate Sales
Department: Sales - Group Health Insurance

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Experience: 1-5 years in Insurance Sales (Preferred: GHI Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven GHI Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, representing our company in meetings, and promoting our Group Health Insurance (GHI) solutions. In addition to field sales, the candidate will also manage digital GHI leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Client Visits
Visit corporate offices to present and pitch Group Health Insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and corporate stakeholders
Conduct product demonstrations, explain benefits, and provide customized GHI proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close corporate GHI deals.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of new corporate prospects.
Digital Lead Management
Handle inbound GHI digital drop leads from online channels.
Conduct timely follow-ups -ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer requirements, share product details, and convert leads into sales
Update CRM systems with lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Sales Reporting & Coordination
Work with underwriting, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth on boarding of corporate clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for both field and digital channels.
Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
1-5 years of experience in insurance sales or B2B corporate sales (GHI experience preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building ability
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
