Fleet Management

1. Manage and monitor the company’s fleet of construction equipment and vehicles.
2. Ensure vehicles and machinery are available for site requirements as per project schedules.
3. Track vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and utilization.

Driver Management

1. Supervise and coordinate with drivers and operators.
2. Maintain driver attendance and duty allocation.
3. Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety rules, and operational guidelines.

Maintenance & Servicing

1. Schedule regular servicing and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
2. Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs and breakdowns.
3. Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition.

Documentation & Compliance

1. Maintain records for RC, insurance, pollution certificates, permits, and fitness certificates.
2. Track renewal dates and ensure timely compliance with transport regulations.
