Key Responsibilities

1. Pre‑Production & Planning

• Scout and schedule video shoots at multiple property locations.

• Develop shot lists and storyboards aligned with marketing objectives.

• Coordinate with agents/homeowners for access and logistics.

2. On‑Site Production

• Operate camera, lighting and audio equipment to capture high‑quality video and ambient sound.

• Direct framing, movement and pacing to best showcase each property’s features.

• Record professional voice‑over narration on‑site or in‑studio.

3. Post‑Production & Editing

• Edit raw footage: color‑grade, sound‑mix and sync voice‑overs.

• Add motion graphics, text overlays and branding elements.

• Export videos in formats optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

4. Social‑Media Strategy & Analysis

• Research platform‑specific best practices (length, format, thumbnails, captions).

• Publish and schedule content across YouTube and all relevant social channels.

• Monitor key metrics (views, watch‑time, engagement, click‑through rate).

• Produce weekly performance reports and recommend optimization tactics.

5. Content Optimization & SEO

• Write SEO‑friendly titles, descriptions and tags for YouTube.

• Craft engaging social copy and select effective hashtags.

• A/B test thumbnails, CTAs and posting times.

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with marketing, sales and design teams to align on messaging.

• Stay up‑to‑date on video trends, tools and platform algorithm changes.
