Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Prior knowledge in Overseas Education / Immigration / Recruitment / HR / Sales / BPO / Insurance/ Counseling.

·  Filing the cases, Taking follow ups for the documents, solving client queries

·  Helping Individuals who wanted to relocate internationally

·  Maintain strong working client relationships.

·  Very good at assisting immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.

·  Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements. 

·  Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.

·  Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms. 

·  Immigration filings & process.

Requirements: 

· Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).

· Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

· Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.

· Passion to learn and grow.

· Responsible and motivated to give your best.

· Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

· Ability to accomplish results.
