Job Description

Responsible for VMC machine settings.
Responsible for Preparation & Planning of tool kit for settings.
Responsible for Changes, Modification, based on CAM Programmer and need basic.
Responsible to complete the work w.r.t to respective Shifts schedules.
Program Validation and Verification as per Programmers feedback.
Responsible to complete the machining within Estimated time.
Participate in Design reviews to improve manufacturability of parts.
Reduce / Eliminate manual touch-up work on the parts with accurate machine setups.
Pre-planning and preparatory work for special cutters, fixtures, Methods Whenever needed.
Responsible to ensure 5S activities in shopfloor, work table, work seating's.
Responsible for Good housekeeping, Machine cleaning, scrap disposal, coolant disposal.
