VMC Machine Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VMC Setter and Operator located in Bengaluru. The VMC Setter and Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), maintaining machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate execution of machining processes. The role involves monitoring the machines during operation to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in setting and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), tooling setup, and maintaining equipment
• Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Knowledge of programming, adjusting, and optimizing CNC machines for precision and efficiency
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in machine operation and process execution
• Attention to detail and quality control practices to meet production specifications
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Prior experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing setting is an advantage
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or a related field is a plus
• Go getter with good communications - both verbal & written
