VMC Machine Operator

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled VMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Freshers with relevant technical skills can apply, however candidates with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in VMC operations will be preferred. The role involves operating, setting, and maintaining VMC machines to produce precision components as per quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform tool setting, job setting, and offset corrections.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
• Maintain machine health and report any issues or breakdowns.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or related field (preferred).
• Freshers with basic VMC knowledge and skills can apply.
• Minimum 4 years of experience preferred for senior-level responsibility.
• Knowledge of VMC operations, tooling, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
