Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate VMC machines according to production drawings and specifications.
- Load raw materials and ensure the machine is running correctly.
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and report major problems to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met.
