Voice Process Associate

Role Overview - We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Voice Process Associates to join our Outbound Sales team. In this role, you will be the face (and voice) of our banking partners, reaching out to potential customers to offer tailored loan products. If you have a gift for gab, a thick skin for "no’s," and a hunger for "yes’s," we want to talk to you.

• Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads to promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, and car loans.
• Needs Assessment: Consult with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend the most suitable loan products.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
• Lead Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to ensure high conversion rates.
• Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere to banking regulations and internal quality standards.
• Requirements & Qualifications Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Kannada . You must be able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Sales Grit: A proven track record in sales (Banking/Insurance preferred) or a strong desire to start a career in a target-driven environment.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections gracefully and pivot conversations toward a close.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is a plus..
