Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and dedicated waiters/stewards to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks as per company standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
• Follow all company policies and safety standards
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/steward in a hotel, restaurant, or café
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable and customer-focused attitude
