Job Summary:

The Senior Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The role involves supervising junior wait staff, managing table service, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Supervise and guide junior waiters and ensure smooth table operations.
• Ensure timely service of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for order accuracy and presentation.
• Manage billing and payment processes efficiently.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
