Waiter / Steward

We are looking for friendly efficient and customer-oriented waiters/waitresses to provide an excellent customer experience for the guests at the restaurant. You will be the face of the restaurant and play a vital role in creating a warm welcoming and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables

• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen

• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service

• Address guest queries, feedback, or complaints politely and promptly

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

• Process bills, handle payments, and issue receipts

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area

• Follow restaurant policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols
