Waiter / Steward

· Receives orders from the guest

Must be able to describe all flavours on the Menu to the guest

· Refer complaints on product or service to his manager.

· Prompt clearance of dirties from the tables/station.

· To thank and wish the guest before seeing him off.

· Performs related duties as required.

· To clean the store in all respects: Indoor, outdoor and cupboards

· To receive the stock and place them with FIFO logic.

· Performs related duties as required. (Order taking, Stock receiving & fifo, cleaning of the store, thawing of ice creams, dry ice packing, scooping, order taking etc.)
