Waiter / Steward

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain dishes or daily specials when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per restaurant guidelines.
• Support team members during busy service hours.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant / hospitality role preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in fine dining or Pan-Asian restaurants is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
