Role OverviewWe’re looking for warm, attentive service staff who understand that hospitality is not just about serving food—it’s about making guests feel cared for. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in service, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys working in celebrations and live events.

• Key ResponsibilitiesServe food and beverages to guests during meals, events, and celebrations
• Set up dining areas, buffet counters, tables, and service stations as per event requirements
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and chef for smooth service
• Ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and presentation
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally
• Clear tables, manage cutlery, crockery, and service equipment
• Assist during peak event hours and handle last-minute changes calmly
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in hotels, resorts, events, or catering is preferred
• Good communication skills and a polite, guest-first attitude
• Ability to work long hours during events and weekends
• Team player who can take instructions and act responsibly
• Calm under pressure and respectful towards kitchen and team members
• Willingness to learn and grow in hospitality
