Job Description
- 1. Guest ServiceGreet and welcome guests politely
- Present menu and explain items if needed
- Take food & beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- 🔹 2. Table Setup & MaintenanceArrange tables with cutlery, glassware, and napkins
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guests arrive
- Clear used plates and reset tables quickly
- 🔹 3. Order CoordinationCommunicate orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Ensure correct and timely delivery of orders
- Handle special requests (extra items, customization, etc.)
- 🔹 4. Cleanliness & HygieneMaintain cleanliness of dining area
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure service stations are organized
- 🔹 5. Customer HandlingAddress guest queries and complaints politely
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout dining
- Provide a positive dining experience
- 🔹 6. Billing Support (in some outlets)Assist in preparing bills
- Handle basic POS (billing system) if required
