Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before, during, and after service.
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and promptly respond to any requests or complaints.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
