Job OverviewWe are looking for a friendly and energetic Waiter/Steward to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain café specials if required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables and assist with cleaning duties.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Handle basic billing or assist at the counter if needed.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Requirements0–2 years experience as a waiter/steward in a café or restaurant (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly attitude and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of menu items and service etiquette.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• PreferredExperience in cafés, coffee shops, or quick service restaurants.
• Basic English communication.
