Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and necessary dining items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Follow all F&B operational standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
