Job Overview:

We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for a Domestic BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls with a focus on providing quality service and issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Willingness to work in a voice-based process

For Experienced Candidates:

Minimum 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience (mandatory)

Only voice process experience will be considered

Salary for experienced candidates will be based on relevant voice process experience.

Work Details:

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational
