Role Summary

As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Zolo’s residential properties. From managing daily operations and handling escalations to enhancing resident satisfaction and improving operational efficiency, you will be the go-to person for property-related matters. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Operations

• Manage daily property tasks including maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for quick issue resolution.
• Track inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

2. Resident Experience

• Handle resident onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Act as the main contact for resident queries and feedback.
• Resolve conflicts and build strong resident relationships.
• Implement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.

3. Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain accurate records of properties and residents.
• Support leasing activities, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist with community events and team training.
